Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products being made to order, it's not possible to return items, however if an item is faulty or you feel it's not what you ordered, we are more than happy to discuss a replacement. Please do get in touch via our contact form.

- Requests for Returns and refunds will be accepted if the product is faulty or not as described
- Please get in touch within 48 hours of receipt of the order
- Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receipt of faulty goods. Please allow a couple of days for money to reach your account.
